The color and taste of this juice are sensational! The combo of, red or yellow beet, cucumbers and apples make this healthy juice smooth and a crowd-pleaser for kids and adults alike.
Recipe:
2 LEMONS
2 CUCUMBERS
3 APPLES
1 BUNCH OF CELERY
1 BEET (RED OR YELLOW)
1/2 OR 1 INCH OF GINGER & TURMERIC
Directions:
We fanned the lemons, put them into a press bag, and pressed, (No stage one needed).
We used a strainer and a #12 grid for celery. You can use #12 or #10 for cucumber. We juiced, strained, and put the mash directly on to a press cloth.
We used a #12 grid for the rest of the produce: apples, beet, ginger & turmeric. Grind and add 1.5 cups of mash per press cloth.
This recipe made 1.5 quarts of juice (6 cups or 1.4 Liters).
