www.purejuicer.com. Excellent video! But really love them all David. I am hopeful to go from a "messy" to a neat juicer lady. I have video suggestions: "how to clean the juicer parts: cutter, the section below the "juicing tray", cleaning cloths, the entire machine wipe down tips, and whatever else I missed. Oh, why the black plunger vs. wooden one. (Probably in manual, but ... ). I'll be back with more 'suggestions" as they come to life in my brain. Thanks @David for always being so helpful to your customers! Keep it up and never lose that "personal" touch.

Great video, David, that strainer technique to make the pulp drier and less messy before pressing is great. So is the pouring of juice through the running grinder to clean out the trapped pulp. One suggestion, though, you're trying to conflate ounces of weight with fluid ounces, and you can't do that, they're not the same. If you want to figure out the yield, I would suggest weighing the produce before juicing, and then subtracting out the weight of the waste pulp at the end, so the yield would be (beginning weight minus pulp waste weight) / (beginning weight), no?

Thank you on the video. Yes the strainer technique is fabulous. In my own juicing I do all of my measuring in grams and milliliters there is no simpler way to calculate yield. Concerning fluid ounces versus solid ounces and the case of juice I do not believe there is a difference having weighed several juices. 2 pounds equals 1 quart of water 1 quart is 32 fluid ounces. When I measure juice Regardless of the specific gravity the way it always comes out basically the same. For this reason I have no problem putting solid versus liquid ounces though I much prefer grams and milliliters

Thank you yes the strainer technique is a great technique. It does make juicing a whole lot less messy. Personally I do all my measuring in grams in milliliters I find this to be the simplest and most accurate way to measure. I have compared fluid ounces to solid ounces and in the case of juice there is no difference 2 pounds equals 1 quart 1 quart equals 32 ounces. The specific gravity of juice is not different enough from water to make any difference in the liquid weight.
