100g | 3/4 cup cake flour
180℃/350°F about 25 min
6" tube pan (15cm)
3 egg whites
few drops lemon juice(option)
25g | 2 tbsp suger
3 egg yolks
25g | 2 tbsp suger
35g | 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
50ml water
75g | 1/2 cup cake flour
180℃/350°F about 20 min
