I have been looking for a roll recipe and it was solely based on the inside finished structure. I was looking for a roll my mother baked for many years and all 7 of us girls hunted through our mothers recipes and none of us had that recipe. I thank you sooooo much, you have given me the recipe I have searched for, for over 5 years.

Your recipes make me so happy. I used to believe that I just couldn't make bread consistently a success. I was wrong! Since discovering your recipes and tutorials I have been hitting the mark every time. Absolutely best rolls Ever!

My mom would make these,along with alot of other amazing breads! She didn't have the time to teach me the technique of the kneeding concept & what to look for. I watched a million times, but never felt the doh myself. I was her prep cook. There were 6 of us,me being the eldest,spent alot of time cleaning in the kitchen. I think I will attempt to make these! My mom has passed now & we ALL MISS HER HOMEMADE BREADS! & Her 😍💯. Thanks for sharing! I love your doh cutter!

Kevin, thank you for sharing this recipe. I make rolls every 3 to 4 days. My health requires I eat a lot of bread and I prefer my bread in the form of soft rolls (lucky me I have a carb tooth). The recipe I currently use is similar to your recipe but has a lot more sugar. I want to reduce the sugar in my diet, so I'm glad to try this recipe. I do like to proof my yeast first, so I will continue to do it my way in that regard, but I will try the rest of your process. You do a great job showing and telling. Appreciate the tips, like how to stretch the dough to make sure its been kneaded enough.

I have tried many recipes, and all very good, I can't complain, but yours came out EXACTLY as you said and that smell is so delicious, it infected the whole home. I am new playing with baking, so I needed something like your recipe to inspire me to continue. I know a dental specialist that works with my dentist and she asked me if I knew any good recipes. These look amazing! I use a silicone brush with longer bristles and it works great for spreading butter.

Kevin, I've used a small paint brush when making barbecued ribs. Granted, the barbecue sauce is thicker than melted butter, but the paint brush does work well. Loved the recipe and video! You do an excellent job showing each step. Thank you! Looking forward to more videos with you. These rolls look yummy!

I just made this. Took my laptop into the kitchen and made it step by step just as you did. My dough is now rising for 1 1/2 hours. I was totally amazed at how the dough was not sticky and could be kneaded without flour on my surface. I'll try to remember to come back and post how they turned out.
