- 60 gr milk

- 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar (for the merengue)
For the filling
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
