Ive played that walking back in the dark game, far to many times, while alone. I prefer not to see any animals or people after dark. To many sketch stories, but its hard to feel like they'd ever happen to me. Great day out there, super relaxing place with gorgeous rock canyon views. Gotta love them gorgeous cutts among background like that.

3 dogs at once? Domestic pet dogs?? I was walking about 400 yards from my truck in the snow up from a trailhead here in Utah a few weeks back. Some other Christmas tree hunters had their pitbull. That dog came a charging at me and got close enough to have me pretty worried until the owner could rush up and get it away from me. All the while I’m trying to talk nicely to the dog and be friendly. Where was my gun? In the TRUCK!! Lesson learned, take the damn gun when fishing or anywhere because even domestic pets could be a real danger!
