Like all of the other thousands of groupies, I have watched you from the beginning and have downloaded every piece of released music. Old retired school superintendent here.... 40 years in the game, and I’ve spent most of my life studying musical performances. You both are beyond incredible. I'll be honest: when I heard this for the first time, I really didn't care for it. It was such a big change from the other type of songs that you have been singing these past months. However, I have listened to it again (and will again!) and it is growing on me -- mainly due to the beautiful blending of your voices that really characterizes your singing. This is my first comment, so I did want to just say Amen to what so many folks have said over the months: y'all have truly been a gift to all of us during this stressful time in our nation. It’s my dad’s birthday today. I rarely cry, but your song Fall on Me found me in tears. My earthly father did not have it to give... but I have found the last 31 years that my Heavenly Father has always been there and never disappoints. I tried to imagine what it would feel like to have an earthly father like that, including gazing at me as if I was a Princess. Then I saw Mat’s smile and look of adoration toward his daughter.... and I knew.
