No problem mate, they work well on all our northern rivers 😉👍🏻

I tie a white beaded olive nymph for summer use as well . The body I use is a fine olive nymph rib wound over yellow tying silk . They do work well in clear water .

I was about to message you about the microfibres for the tail having watched the original WBO tying vid as I thought the fibres looked like paint brush fibres. Good clear tying instructions & I’ve tied up three tonight use the materials I have so slightly different body material; hare fur. Anyway, looking forward to trying them out if todays rain hasn’t coloured the river up? Thanks for sharing

@@nymphingnewt7639 Finally got out the other evening to try the WBO. Went to a new section of a river that is a favorite of mine albeit I’ve not fished it for many years. After some exploration it was obvious most of it was unfishable from a fly fishing point of view. I found one short section between two deep pools which i fished for a bit under an hour. WBO on the point & a olive nymph on the dropper; it was very clear & quite shallow. Anyway it resulted in a brownie of about 12”; which is a decent fish for this river & a Grayling of about 9/10’. The Nymphmaniac paired with the OPST Lazar was good but the WBO did the business. Many thanks again for sharing & I’ll tying a good selection of these flies for future use.
