The fly reminds me of a young hybrid white bass, the dark feather mimics the single dark line on its body. I am going to try this one for Large and Smallmouth bass here.

It is beautiful and live like . Would catch a striped bass for sure. Lately I went another direction: I decided to try building triple articulateds and that works fiendishly--but no epoxy or eyes. Just sparse . Three articulations seems to make mad swimming -- or something -- maybe it is just the longer profile.

That rabbit hair was so long! I guess my white dog's long tail hair could be a good substitute for that! ;)

Klasse Streamer! Vielleicht hätte es den gebraucht, um die wild springenden Pollacks zu fangen, die sich von unten in die Kleinköhler Schwärme gestürzt haben! Eine gute Größe und Farbe, und durch die rundere Form fällt er auch auf. Vor ein paar Tagen ist es so gewesen, dass ein paar wenige Pollacks hin und wieder mal hoch kamen, um sich einen Köhler zu holen. Dann verschwanden sie wieder in der Tiefe. Und sie hatten wirklich alles an Streamern und Fliegen ignoriert! Toller "Wiedereinstieg" von dir. Da muss ich mal schauen ob ich ein passendes Bindematerial da habe... Durch den dicken Kopf eiert der auch bestimmt schön im Wasser.

Tie the pattern with a mix of red and green or yellow hair on the dorsal portion and you have a great steelhead streamer!
