Our next fly tying tutorial is for Corey’s Rusty Spinner pattern - an interesting, quick, easy and durable fly that imitates a rusty spinner, tied using Hemingway’s realistic fly tying materials.
For this recipe you need the following:
• Hook: Size 12 Maruto Dry Fly D31SSC (frostyfly.com/...)
• Thread: 6/0 Danville Waxed Thread - Olive
• Tail: Brown Saddle Hackle
• Body: Hemingway's Synthetic Peacock Quill - Tan (frostyfly.com/...)
• Thorax: Hemingway's Hare's Dubbing Plus UV - Rusty Brown (frostyfly.com/...)
• Wings: Hemingway's Realistic Mayfly Wings - Small - Tan (frostyfly.com/...)
Featured in this video are Hemingway's fly tying materials and Maruto fly hooks. To purchase these and other great fly tying materials products online, or find a local shop that carries them, go to FrostyFly.com (frostyfly.com).
Thanks for watching and feel free to leave any questions, feedback, comments.

I'm curious...do these wings cast okay?....or do they have a tendency to "helicopter?"
