What's up guys! In this video I review and do a comparison of all 3 of the FlyBird foldable weight benches. FlyBird currently has the most popular workout benches on Amazon with over 4.5 stars on all of them. All three of these weight benches are cheap and created to fold away under your bed or in your closet when you're done using them. There's a pretty big difference between the larger and smaller Flybird workout bench so depending on your height make sure you get the correct one. All of these benches are rated around 600-650lb weight capacity which should be plenty for most people since they are designed for dumbbell workouts. All Flybird benches are fid benches and can do flat, incline and decline workouts. I do think the FlyBird weight benches are a great option for many home gyms that do dumbbell work and need a bench that can fold away.
