Nice review man!! Seems like a good option for most people minus the lack of handle and wheels. Wheels to me are more important for a home gym especially if you need to move it around a lot.

This bench is also available throughout Europe under many different (brand?) names. I like the partial red color. That is clearly a trend. What I also really like is the ladder system, by far the most user-friendly system. The bench is sturdy and can carry an elephant. What I don't like is the wider lower back of the backrest. I prefer 1 smaller size. This is better with, for example, incline biceps curls. And I think there are (even) better benches from premium brands, even for this price. For example, when it comes to more adjustment options and a grip and/or wheels. But certainly 1 of the better benches in this price range. Thanks for the review.

My man! So for shipping, their website solely says on in the US regions, but with amazon, I’m not entirely sure with overseas. I would search and see if it has it where you are! And yeah, like everything I buy I swear is red and black lol and yeah the ladder system has been clutch! If they get the wheels on and handle, then this truly is a slam dunk!

I'm a huge fan of rep's benches and have the AB-5200 for a year now. However, I really like this option from Flybird if someone is starting a Amazon home gym. My favorite aspect is the decline option. How "grippy" is the bench pad?

I just bought this item... It has wheels / Not worth mounting as there is No handle to move the bench (how dumb is that?)... The gap in seat / back pad renders bench almost worthless for flat bench pressing unless you have high threshold to pain in lower back area with over 200# off the rack... Forget about even thinking to use for decline exercise... Its saving feature (probably would return otherwise...) is the width of back pad and solid stability of bench when doing incline dumbbell presses with over 50-60# or more (which I have not done and may never do because of age)... Its a real pain in the Donkey to move this bench so get it where you want it and leave it alone... Padding fabric is not the best as you will see mushing near edges after only a few workouts... Not fault of stitching just the cheap imitation vinyl covering... I picked it up off Amazon for $215 plus tax with free shipping... Its a safe 4*** but that's the best I can give after having bought 5 benches off Amazon over last 10 years for different uses...
