Thank you for reviewing the Flyer and Packer 1. I'm currently debating the two. I would like to take my 9yo daughter on rides and also do some local food deliveries. I know there is a cost difference (especially compared to the Via Pro), but that's not a huge deciding factor for me. The torque sensor vs cadence sensor of the VP1 is more of an impact for me. Would like to hear your overall thoughts between the two and how you felt both of them were to ride.

Personally, I will always default to the torque sensor like you mentioned because I prefer the smooth riding feel and control especially when you are carrying a load. You don't want the bike jolting forward with a boost of power which is typical with most cadence sensors. The Via can hold so much with the kid carrier accessory as well and would probably be an ideal option for your delivery needs as well. The sheer capability and functionality is unlike any other accessory I have seen for its purpose. At this moment with what is available on the market from both, I'd go with the Flyer. @@KiMazbaru3 I would say the handle bars on the flyer come back more towards the rider which makes the riding position more upright. I prefer that on a bike in this segment. But they aren't too different. I would say 5 mph is an important difference if you're riding on the road with traffic (especially considering load weight and that affecting speed). Otherwise 5 less is fine on paths or protected lanes.

I have a Lectric XPedition cargo bike and the Flyer LM885. On paper, the Lectric is better in every way. It was also significantly cheaper. That being said, the Flyer is HANDS DOWN my preferred bike. Just massively better build quality, reliability, and comfort. Obviously highly subjective but I’m drinking the Flyer kool-aid.
Great review, thank you! Between Flyer Via and Specialized Globe Haul LT, which one would you recommend? I'm planning to haul 2 toddlers to daycare and commute, about 10 miles each way. For the price you can get an Ebike with more range an faster an add storage even switch bikes dose every thing this does an more for half the price. Thanks for the information on this bike great video but feel you where being overly nice
We have reviewed many cargo eBikes. In the conclusion of this review, Miss GoElectric specifically names two competitors and the price gap. We have never seen one with the kid and cargo seat and rail structure included. Usually those are a couple hundred dollars extra. The quality and variety of the Flyer accessories is top shelf and the brand has cache as a household name.
