Flying car X3(internal code name)'s test vehicle made its maiden flight successfully. We are one step closer to the future of 3D mobility. #XPENGAEROHT #FlyingCar #MaidenFlight #FutureMobility
@@codetech5598 most people have enough trouble with ground based cars so I don't care what they want. Flying cars are not only pointless, but aircraft do not belong in the hands of every rando who can afford one
They’re having fun and making good progress. Living the dream😂

Why not applying the "Battery Swap Station Concept" to the flying car ? Drive to a "Fly Swap Station" , the rotors get attached and you will fly to another "Fly Station" to detach. Would be cool.
this is completely the wrong direction. The X2 is a large drone but it SHOULD be. People need autonomous EVTOL solutions. The average person can barely drive so automation is the only way the "flying car" can happen. This fling car is not a good use of development funds for a startup but the X2 certainly is.
Can the rotors fold forward/backward so it fits within a traffic lane? Is the car aspect so you can ferry to and from a garage to a takeoff point? Can't see why you'd drive much when you could fly.
It looks like its going to be a future platform for drone mounted heavy machine guns and missile for the chinese military. Imagine a Swarm of these gun/missile carrying drones buzzing about the battlefield.Shooting and zooming by from high altitudes and long distances away from enemy gun fire. Also love how quiet it is for its size👍
These large flying machines are pretty much helicopters with a small range. And helicopters is an easy target on the real battle field. Even hunter's fraction shot will bring this whole construction down.
To be taken seriously as a flying car it will need to be able to drive in traffic, convert within 5 min to flight mode, and have at least 250 mile range when flying. This thing is an overgrown RC toy.
This has nothing to do with the car. It can be flying potato if one hangs two tons of potato down, or flying pig if one hangs ten pigs instead. It is the demonstration of the lifting capacity of four propellers of that size. This is a must first step of making a flying car, though.
Will there be some kind of safety cage stopping people from getting cut? What about a lighter than air bag that comes out of the top to take some weight off?
Absolutely not, if someone in one of these has kids then the child locks should be engaged and if an adult decides to step out mid flight, then they were clearly too stupid to be alive in the first place
to generate enough thrust from 8 rotors to lift a car is impressive, but, unless you're operating at the level a v-22 can then what's the point? Rotors are loud and annoying, it's not the "flying car" of the future. Cool proof of concept though, hope they keep going
Future platform? But now out for the public and some mention as an application for the military as a new thing…I can buy a drone for 50$ at wal mart. Lol. Of course this isn’t old. I do wonder though, as someone who lives on a busy intersection and people run stop signs all the time, what could go wrong? It’s a concept company, this will never be approved. Get a pilots license for a helicopter. There are airports every 100 miles in the USA.
This is not how i imagine a flyjng car Why they always makes an oversize drone and call it a flying car lol Watch cyclorotor that one is a bit closer to a flying car
