Flying From Perth to Bali With Jetstar (The Adventure Begins) 

Another great video :) been to Bali 6 times and never been to Kuta, can’t understand why anyone would go there but I guess it’s for the real Aussie Bogan tourist. Came back from Bali in March and thought the island looked great after Covid, it’s had a real reset.

Back in the day before my permanent move, my last meal at Perth airport was always Red Roster 😅... I avoid Kuta like a plague. I had the butter chicken when I last flew them ADL DPS, and I actually loved that curry.

Great review Luke great to see a Perth to Bali review, the northerly approach that you got today past the CBD, along the Swan River than banking out over Freo and up the Indian Ocean coastline is definitely the most scenic departure you can get from Perth and flying out over Shark Bay or slightly inland through the Pilbara is pretty amazing! Think I've flown Jetstar on that route once but quite sometime ago, Air Asia probably a more interesting experience but Jetstar seemed fine too but this was in the early 2010s when flights typically went for $99 up to Bali and even less on the return they were the good days! Garuda were the best when they used to operate though to both Jakarta and Bali from Perth! It's annoying about the food situation at Perth Airport always been a bit of a problem especially before those late red-eye flights over east but yeah seeing the international terminal that quiet during the day is quite shocking almost like a the height of covid! Haha the drink limit you hear all the time about disruptive drunks on flights up to Bali from Perth, always in the news here on an almost weekly occasion think Dennis Bunnik termed Jetstar's Bali flights the 'Bintang Express' for a reason haha! Can't wait for some of the upcoming intra-South East Asia content you've got coming!

Hi Luke A couple months ago my beautiful Indonesian wife and i started at Jakarta and went to bandung then flew to jogja with batik air also went to solo. We were only a couple hours out of bali,we plan to go bali next year Another great video Luke Cheers

Great video, Luke! That’s a long flight on JetStar. I did CNS-SIN with them years ago and it was a challenge. Glad you made the most of it. Hope you had a great stay in Bali!

your video just let me think of the four months ago I took the airplane from Adelaide to Sydney, even my airplane was Virgin Australia, but your window seat just let me remember back, great experience at that time😭
