Shes helps a man for 2 days while somehow managing to organize a fundraiser and I can't decide if I should play overwatch or tarkov while sitting on my ass
I just loved Sondra’s attitude! She remained me of an older lady that I used to help out. Always saying what was on her mind and never letting anything back. Love your videos buddy!
Love your videos Ed. Just finished watching this episode and it's so great seeing the kindness of strangers in your videos. We're news addicts and news generally feeds us bad news stories about people. Hopefully people will see your videos and take note that you hardly ever encounter bad people. I'm looking forward to your next video upload.
I found your videos before Christmas and binged them all. I also bought this series from Vimeo because I really wanted to support you somehow and I just couldn't wait until you posted everything to RU-vid 😀. Can't wait to see the vlogs from Scotland to your home 🙂
i made a drive from texas, through new mexico and arizona into southern california up into northen cali in the redwoods, it was all beautiful, went to meteor crater on the ground, went through some of the towns you did, went over the golden gate bridge and up into the redwoods, too bad you couldnt go to the redwood forest. cant wait for you to make it to texas, maybe youll pass nearby :)
Not bad.... That seemed like a great time and it makes me want to do something like this but I have a family now so I might have to deal w/ riding around my state in a week or something. LoL
Yes, he pre records all of his videos because he doesn’t have very much time to do it while he is biking. Also for the case of funds for his travel, he puts every video on Vimeo first. You can pay to see them all earlier.
He finished the trip in 2018, and had given up trying to do editing on the road during the trip by then (because it took months, and required staying somewhere, and he wanted to get home after nearly 3 years on the road). So he edited all the US section after getting back home to the UK, which took about a year as he no doubt still has a life to lead. So yeah, all this actually happened some time ago in the real world.
I am chinese,i am very like your videos,my english is poor, I can't fully understand your spoken english ,haha~ the other one is chinese?Does he has RU-vid or Tiktok?
Joweah (sp?) is having quite the adventure too. Imagine his story... met up with a guy on a unicycle, traveled hundreds of miles across a desert, and took a plane to see a meteor crater. Yeah sure you did Joweah... sure you did.
Ed, I have no idea how this would happen but if you are in the UK - please can we do a collab. Not sure how we could cross over our types of content but all I know is that I bloody adore this series! Cheers!
You know you are becoming big when your viewers now need to move the video forward when you announce the top tier supporters xD. Keep up the good job Ed!
What an amazing person Sondra is! Thank you so much to her (obvs you Ed) and all the gang who held the fundraiser to collect much-needed funds for our charity :). Another 6 SchoolBags is another 6 children who will benefit from getting the tools they need for an education they so desperately want.
To all the new subscribers, go back and watch his trip around the world from the beginning. It took me about a week to watch them on and off. It's really worth it!!!!
Nobody knows it snows in New Mexico. Everyone thinks we are nothing but dry desert. Northern New Mexico is diverse in its landscapes and it snows fairly often in the winter. Can’t wait to see how it goes.
Well I'ma standin' on a corner in Winslow Arizona, what a strange sight to see. It's a girl my lord in a flatbed ford, slowin' down to take a look at me. -"Take it Easy" by the Eagles
Sandra is such a sweetheart and how about those Navajo Native Americans, good people in all walks of life! 13:19 Native Americans really need more exposure in media, they probably got lots of stories to tell.
rewatching this series, and i hope u've managed to keep in touch with jia wei... his presence was awesome, not saying that the rest are not great.. but him sharing his journey and hiding it from his family touched me..
Glad to have watched this adventure before it goes viral. Will be surprised if it doesn't get millions of views and donations sometime soon. China and USA seem like the best series. Love the stories and interactions with strangers along the way, and an inside lens to view other cultures. Truly an amazing accomplishment.
Zhao Wei - What a bloke! Hope he lets his family know what an achievement he accomplished with a Megabloke - You! Tell the siblings first Zhao, then inform Nieces, Nephews. Then Aunts & Uncles... Then Mum & Dad etc. You are an ambassador Zhao, props to ya! Seriously bridging the culture gap in an honourable way. Know wot I mean?!
Happy to see all the nice americans you met. One of a few things that makes me proud of this country (when we're good to visitors.) A lot of america is quite good, but as you have doubtlessly seen, it's a very big place.
It's remarkable how hospitable all the Americans you've met have been. They really pull out all the stops every time. It must have been very welcome indeed.
I know its like 4 years too late, but you guys missed the best burger in America. There's a navajo nation casino about 15 mins from Metor Crater. Within that Casino there's a restaurant that sells an award winning burger that is the best burger I've ever had by far.
Those video tear me apart between the wishes to do just the same cycling trip, and to NOT do it. Because there are so awesome, but also so awful aspects to it. I would certainly not ever ride on an interstate. Not because of dangers, but because it's boring beyond belief. On the other hand though....... On boring rides, I pop my phone to the bar and have some simple videos running. You could watch an antire season of some show this way on a long one day run. But even with a very power efficient phone, you gotta manage energy. There are huge powerbanks to be used, but weight on such a bicycle trip is essential.
I am so jealous Ed what your doing is fantastic life changing seeing people at there best (and worse)..People no matter what race religion or colour all have good in them and travelling the world you get to see this. Good luck on your next adventure you are an inspiration for a young lad.Keep the British flag flying pal.
Do meteors break up on impact? Because you always see the outline of where they hit, but you never see any evidence of the actual meteor around the impact site? This could be a stupid question but someone enlighten me please! Thank you, and love your videos Ed!
Interesting thing about here in Arizona, you are not allowed to refuse water, if someone comes asking for it and you can give it, I think it's just because it's so harsh.
My son lives in China and is engaged to a Chinese girl. It’s sad but true that in mainland China money is everything to them. There status in life is all important to their success. The parents invest everything in their children’s education so that they are successful and can care for there parents when they get old. Relaxing and adventure is not in their culture. So glad you joined up and enjoyed your new Chinese friend.
