Aviation adventure in our Vans RV9A from Mississippi to Key West Florida (KEYW) with a stop in Lakeland, FL (KLAL) for lunch. Food was fine in Lakeland, but the service at Hallbacks Bar & Grill was HORRIBLE!

Just got back from Key West and Ft. Myers from Texas on Jan 31....cold then too. Rough patch of weather this late in the winter. We flew commercial but would one day love to fly our Archer down there or Islamorada. Nice baby step to a Bahamas hop!. First time I've seen ya'lls videos. Nice, tight video. Enjoyed it!

Thanks Clayton for the comment! It was smooth for us the whole way down even though there was severe turbulence reported at our altitude just west of Cross City. We do want to do the Bahamas some day, there is a group that leaves from Sun-N-Fun every year. we may try that!

Thanks for the comment Dan. I THINK the visor was sold as a group project / sale on the VAF forums about 10 years ago. I hate that I don't remember the details... If I figure it out I will let you know. Good luck with finishing the "7" , maybe we will see you around one day soon!

Wow, bundled up and 32, no wonder you were searching for warmer weather! Great footage and some beautiful skies y'all! Sorry they got Paul's order wrong and the service was bad. I guess no competition so they can get away with it? Oh, and let me know when the Space X scrubbed launch is rescheduled for, I like to watch them sometimes on my computer (Nerd Alert)!!! Thanks, Stacy, for stopping by our channel! The restaurant was a cute place. Too bad it was on its way out, but maybe catering will suit it better since that’s what it’s slated to be in it’s “next life”. SpaceX is continuing to push off the launch with no set date yet, but we’ll definitely let you know when we “hear” something.
