I recorded this on 9.22.06 at the Hallelujah Jubilee @ Six Flags in Valencia, CA. This one features Ryan White of Resident Hero. For the rest of the concert visit Flyleaf fan site: flyleafonline.com/ www.myspace.com... :)
This band saved me from my depression. They brought a little bit closer to God by giving me music that I love and can relate to. And I think it was this song that spoke to me the most. Thank you Flyleaf. Thank you.
God is working through those who believe to help those in need. Missionaries tirelessy work to aid those suffering while we sit around and watch videos on RU-vid. They are a constant reminder to us of how blessed we are in this country. He works through us every day whether we "see" it or not. All the answers you seek are in the Word, seek and ye shall find.
ryan is rocking back and forth and i lauged at first.. i love flyleaf. they changed my entire life. i think that they are one of the reasons and i am still here on this earth. i love them so much. they have such a powerful message and they really bring it home and put their hearts and souls into what they do.
this is my favorite song. i hum it/sing it/whistle it all day everyday and i listened to it all day the first day i heard it and i've known it for years and i still love it and it doesnt ever get old
That's what attracted me the most to her. Despite her outward beauty she has this amazing inner beauty that flourished once she accepted the love of God into her and she's become this amazing person for it, bringing hope to ALOT of people who followed the same path Lacey fell into. Lol if only every girl I met was like Lacey...
That's the way Ryan performs. Whether it's in front of 100 people or just one person he gives it his all. If you ever get the chance to see Ryan or Resident Hero live you should go.
this is my favourite song...lacey is such an inspiration!! I wish i can meet her one day because she is trully an amazing person! i love flyleaf so much!! thanks for the vid!!!
Damn, she just made me cry...lol well just tear up, when she was talking about standing up for what you believe in, even if it means embarrassing yourself. I WILL meet Lacey one day and thank her for her inspirational music that a lot of us can relate to!!
The speech at the beginning made me realize that it doesn't matter how many times you've messed up, if you really sorry, people will realize that and move on.
Me too!! Edit: Maria Maddie I replied to this comment from my phone when I got the notification.... and now that I'm looking at your channel two days later... I'm pretty sure you and your cousin were the two girls me and my sister met outside and stood next to at the Minnesota concert. How funny!
Maddie H omg! We thought you knew her! Haha. She had to be high! I'm sooo happy that you guys had a blast! It's so awesome to meet younger fans show Flyleaf love! And it's super awesome that Kristen is so interactive with the fans and for that to be your first experience is pretty amazing!
To summarize: it's not about the "religion" and all the empty prayers that comes with the rituals (the rituals made God really dead to me... something I just "gotta do" every sunday), it's about having a one-to-one relationship with a living Jesus, talking with Him, sharing your sadness and happy days with a real person. After a fateful day in February 2007 with the help of a very good friend of mine, God became alive to me (finally). This Feb 08 is going to be my 1 yr of finding Christ :)
that is Ryan White, he is a friend of Lacey's and is the lead singer of the band Resident Hero. Great band. and Lacey sings in a song of theirs; Vendetta Black, it's really good.
Because God gave us free will. He didn't create a perfect world, we are all sinners, and He's not gonna fix everything for us. We have to do it ourselves sometimes. But just know that even though you may not believe in Him, he does love you. He thinks about you constantly, and He is what real love is.
Seriously, enough. She even says 'thats what this songs about.' I hear what I want and it makes me think of what I want. isten to it and take whatever you want from it. That is what's good about music.
that's awesome! i really like this band too. they have a new album coming in august called "momento mori" which is latin for "you too shall die" also a new tour is being planned :) take care and god bless.
u know i had alot of shit go on in my life, i've probably had more medical shit done to me than most elderly. no joke. and every time i listen to flyleaf it always picks me up and says something like: "hey, all ur suffering will be worth it in the end, just wait"
Ahh kool! Did you go there for Flyleaf or for stone sour? I was right at the front in front of Jared :D wherabouts where you standing? I came later but was lucky to get a place at the front, i got a free ticket too >.

Why where they on the floor like that? I really like flyleaf, but there's just another question i'm very curious about, what kind of music do they do? Alot of people tell me they're a rock band, but i'm not sure....
