Lots of people have at least peered upon an FN Five-Seven and thought, "What's the point?"
We don't really know either but we like it.
The Five SeveN USG is one of the first models that most people will be familiar with. With a very interesting cartridge, sexy plastic looks, and a lightweight feel, is this pistol worth the buy?

The design has a way of speaking to certain people. It just oozes cool like the MK.23 does but this one doesn't cost $2500+. Looking at the current designs of the FN 5-7, I prefer the classic USG versus the MRD

Love this gun, i have owned the ruger 57, the s&w m&p 5.7, and now the fn five seven usg. The fn is my favorite of the bunch. Cant beat the Splinter Cell special.

I've yet to handle the other 5.7 pistols on the market as this is my first. I assumed that I would enjoy this the most from a previous experience with a mk2. The S&W does look interesting out of the other competitors. I love my shield plus, so I figure the quality and feel probably transfers a bit.

Nice video,I had to smile when you said "we like it",it clearly appeals to the quirky side of your nature 😂 I noticed that in reloading you gripped the base of the magazine using palm and fingers which may have been due to its size,otherwise a grip with the forefinger extended down the front of the magazine will offer a more natural aid to aligning it with the mag well,forgive me if I'm stating the obvious.

All good on the advice. I don't shoot competitively, and I'm certain there are many skills I still need to learn/work on. Thanks for the tip. The mags are a bit wonky in hand, but nothing that would keep someone from gripping them as you described

Ryan is bringing you my Ruger 57 to try. Sorry I did not send more of the federal ammo, but I am out. Need to find a supply. Sights are off. I did not have a good tool to adjust windage and did not want to damage. Elevation should be correct. Pistol is freshly cleaned as it was completely locked up from dust, problem with tolerances? My Ruger 45 will shoot no matter what. Sorry, my guns live on farm equipment and get filthy without ever shooting. Would you want to borrow my Ruger 308 SFAR also, it is filthy and rusty as I just brought it home after living in tractor for the winter? But, I actually have it with me this month. I just checked and batteries have enough power to turn on flashlight ;) I may clean it today, as that is why it is here.
