I really like how you rolled yourself into the orange blanket (theoretically speaking), I could see the distortion effects in camera... Reminds me of certain geography on the east side of the states. Someone who understands!!!!! Thank you , you solved the puzzle that had been perplexing me for quite awhile now. Anyways... I like the foam rolling of the calves the most
