Since I ate it in Liguria I fell in love with it, the stracchino focaccia is really good!
A thin and crunchy wrap and a unique creamy filling! I tried in every way to replicate it as similar as possible to the original, I hope I succeeded! Obviously the one in Recco is unbeatable, I can't wait to start traveling again to savor the specialties around Italy!
Make it again and delicious and easy with a few simple ingredients, you will bring a good focaccia to the table!
