ONLY WATER, FLOUR and SALT WITHOUT YEAST to make these "Calzoni" in the pan VERY FAST and LIGHT!
You can decide the internal seasoning according to your taste. I stuffed them some with only Feta cheese, others with cheese and vegetables, others with cheese and speck, but as I said let your imagination run wild!
I recommend them for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner that will make everyone happy, young and old!

270 g Flour
170 ml Water
salt
To fill:
Greek Feta type cheese
Smoked provola
Chicory or other vegetable
Speck
Extra virgin olive oil
