I have this. I need a new diet. . Left ventricular & Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy I once before had dilated cardiomyopathy. Dr said my heart repaired itself. I said No that was God .

Raw Detox ??

Thank you so much for this presentation. I have Moderate Mitral Regurgitation... (AML prolapse) I don't know what could have caused it, some say it could be Rheumatics. My LA size and Ejection fraction is normal... no LVH. Currently on hydrochlorothiazide & enalapril to manage it. I am overweight, I'm working on it. I'm at a child bearing age, planning to conceive next year with my first baby. I'm 36years of age. Is there any other way I can help improve the regurgitation so that it becomes mild or atleast does not worsen?
