Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. in 2020 I had the worst heartbreak ever. I wanted that girl back so badly, you couldn't imagine. Now she texted me 2 1/2 years later, how she's missing me and wants me back and would like to start all over again. 2 years ago I would've been so happy to read that message. But meanwhile I know that the breakup was a blessing in disguise. She was a toxic person but my love blinded me. I declined politely and wished her all the best. I always believed that all relationships have a purpose. We all have different knowledge that is meant to be shared. You both learn and grow from that but sometimes you gain all you can together and it's time to move on and start a different path in your life. Moving on and meeting somebody else can only help you grow, rather being what you want or don't want with your life. I hang on to those aspects and appreciate what I had.

Ye I'm married. Did all the pleading admitting where I messed up...for a couple months now. She finally said she wants a separation along with she dont want me anymore. She thinks I dont find interest in her anymore cuz I wasnt paying her more attention like I once did. I worked alot, focusing so much on the future I wasnt living in the moment. Now she says she doesn't want to be with me anymore. For months it was, "I just need space" then as time went by less sex, less meals etc. To her saying she dont know how to be a wife right now but she still loves me. I done the hardest part. I had no contacted to him 6 months. Then i reconect. First time it was hard. But he really doing something now. Text, call, hang out, meeting with his friends. This is my 3rd time here, the first I was the dumper of a 8 year relationship. And every single little word he says what the dumpers goes through is indeed 100% correct. My second time, it was a very intense and passionate 3 month relationship, she reached out a few times but we never really got back together but 2 years later we still watch and comment on each others stories on snap. I’m trusting the process of no contact while being positive and courteous when my ex does reach out. My ex now has a rebound boyfriend and seems like she’s trying to prove that she made the right decision by constantly telling me she’s “happy.” No contact is difficult, especially if you wonder if your ex would eventually go strong with their rebound or just let the rebound fade away. 😊

Hi coach! my ex broke up with me about 3 months ago,it was amicable, i went under no contact but he often broke it. I went about my life, going to therapy, working out, i even traveled and went to a festival that we were supposed to be going together, that was last week and we didnt talk. On monday, he messaged me, flirted with me and told me that we should hang out when i get back in town, i teased him a lil bit but i agreed. My partner of 15 years left me for someone he met online in July. We had a wonderful relationship and it caught me, along with everyone else around us, off guard. I did plan on spending my life with this person and this is so out of his character and for months I wanted him back. The videos on this page have been helpful and I am doing the work to better myself. The no contact is first and foremost for me to move on and allow me to process my emotions uninterrupted. I was unable to function for about three months but now there is finally light and each day is finally getting incrementally better. Will I take him back? At this point I have really no idea but I also do not worry about it as the opportunity has not presented itself so there is no need for me to stress over a situation that may never occur. I need your advice, so me and my ex just split up couple weeks now after getting back together for the second time. About 3 weeks ago he started to become really distant and I felt like he was cheating and that I would lose him again. So I begged, I stalked, I called and texted him. I annoyed him to the point where he just stopped responding to me. Now his family knows how crazy I am. Coach Lee, what you are explaining in this video happend to me back in July. I have not spoken to my ex since and it had been 8 months prior to that since the break up (September 2021). I would still like her back and have been doing all the things necessary to become a better person and working on myself. Is too late to revive attraction? I am trying no contact but my ex keeps contacting me sending messages testing whether she can still get me to do things for her and give her attention or testing me saying things to invoke negative emotion that would get me to respond. She even asks to go out together but she made it clear she doesn’t have feeling for me anymore and would never want to get back together because she lost attraction - she only wants friendship. I feel like she is a unique case because she has a narcissistic and manipulative personality and because of that I am not responding. It’s been only a few days. I am unsure what to do because coach lee is saying that if they do contact, you should respond respectfully, short and to the point showing restraint but I feel she needs to be ignored for a while in order to realize she might not be able to get me back. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Is ignoring the right move here? At what point do I respond?

Coach, or anyone seeing this. Please give your thoughts on my situation. Me and this girl have known each other for a year or so. Never really talked much (age gap 29-20). But we ended up getting really close about 4 months ago after her boyfriend cheated on her for the 3rd time. We ended up FaceTiming all the time and we just connected. Hi Coach Lee, I just had a quick question, in an old video, you had mentioned that after 3 months or more if they don't contact you, your chances of them coming back decrease. However, I also remember you had said to focus as each day is one day that they have to miss you again. I'm one month out, NC as soon as they broke up with me, we've been together for 6+ years but will a longer NC period decrease the probability they will come back? Or is it different for relationships that long where you have built a lot together in terms of each others families, etc.? At this point Coach Lee....you have done this for 2 and a HALF decades....some of the videos I have watched are much older...and you said 2 decades :). Yeah! I score ONE POINT out of all the videos....everything else I did wrong..LOL....But to suddenly stop trying to make contact is a huge change on my part after 10 years of constant contact...I did meet up with him in August at the beach, the most un physically attractive place for me after having Cancer...but what he said to me that day..and he sounded ANGRY ABOUT IT....Was "Why is IT...I can only be my complete self with YOU"? I just laughed and said...Because you belong with me but your stupid...LOL.

I dumped my love and he did the no contact.. afther 2 months i was missing him so so much, i wrote him, it took 3 week for him 2 let me hear something and than afther some texting, he told me he missed me so much that he loves me so much and than we met and it was right away firework! The next day i was so happy.. Afther some days of texting he changed and than he told me he wanna end things. I was desperate so i wrote him, brought him flowers, more writting and explaining , a gift. Yesterday both of us get emotional and talked about the past. I asked for apologies and he forgave me, and vise versa. Today, he shared thoughts of his plan of coming to my country but it seems that I'm not included in his plan because we are not yet back to each other. We are both happy with the conversation but I still feel he's still cold. He asked me what are my thoughts for the future, so I did the same thing of not including him in my plans. That hurts me coach Lee. Now I'm not sure if I still want to communicate with him.... Or that I will still give time for the process... I have an anxious personality type but I'm kind of understanding it.
