Dastu 1991 Yes, that's true. Graffiti on the railways is fairly common up north (The north of England). We have plenty of graffiti in the cities and towns here and even around the railways/subways, but not very common on the trains. This comes down to the fines and the defence.

Yeah but there's only a certain number of ways to make a fence better and they can't afford to hire full time security and I think there comes a point where its just cheaper to remove the paint than stop them yk
