Hi friends, just to add on 08:59 after you sew the zipper tabs, you need to trim the excess fabric (from the zipper tabs) off, so it will be the same measurement as the top part of your exterior shell. Thanks, happy sewing!!

Excellent tutorial! Very clear instructions and pleasant presentation! I have Essex linen blend fabric for exterior and wondering if a mid weight or shape flex fusible is recommended?
To give a nicer finished look, and extra sturdiness, I use the cotton quilting fabric in most of the projects, they are very light weight, if I directly apply the fusible fleece on sometimes it will get “wrinkled” due to the density of the fleece, applying a lighter interfacing before hand, will do the trick. If I’d use heavier fabric such as canvas, or denim, I wouldn’t apply the lighter interfacing first, since they’re pretty thick and will have no problem being fused to any heavier kind of interfacing. However, I always encourage people to use whichever kind of interfacing that they prefer, since there’s just so many kinds out there. Thank you!
