Hopefully I've made myself 100% clear now. Do not witch hunt anyone mentioned in the video, you're better than that. Next video will be about D15-Endurance 👀👀👀 Title: FOLLOW-UP: "Don't compare TM2020 records to TMNF."
Honestly I dont get why people are flaming you for your arguement, it was overall a very solid arguement and although some parts of it werent as strong it was still a correct viewpoint and even though you were calm and didnt make it personal people seem to be wanting to make it personal
Tmnf is much older and the players had so much more time to master the tracks and had so many more attempts to try out their luck. That's why the records there are much more impressive and take so much more skill or luck to beat. Nothing to do with any other things the comments mentioned...
lots of kids who never played tmnf just get butt hurt when they get told about how much more hunted tmnf is.. tm2020 is a very well made game with a lot smoother mechanics it seems (although i cant run it on my craptop) but that also makes it easier to some extent... as well as the maps being made by practised mappers (including nadeo at this point), tmnf + tmn eswc nadeo maps are a different style of map completely.. where there are so many more difficult factors that mappers just wouldnt build anymore because of how counter intuitive it would seem :D even tm2020 zerator maps looked piss easy in comparison xD
i understood your point (i guess), so woudnt it be easier if you said that it is easyer to get the tm2020 "player made track" shortcut tham the tmnf "A-12"?
I mean it's an uber directly into the finish. It's a precise trick that has basically completely random results (deterministic game btw) vs a precise reactor flight which is very much not that random.
Something about this video feels a bit off. I think its the replay driving on the screen. Talking about TM2020 and TMNF but showing ManiaPlanet: Trackmania2 on screen, very confusing for me ...
