This is a quick review of the Fontenille Pataud Le Thiers Nature knife. A special one for me, being the "FAB" edition. I like to focus on the senses involved when appreciating a blade, analyzing the look, the sound and the feel. Today I picked the Raindrop Damascus blade, Mammoth Pulp handles and custom engraving on the spine, made in France. Enjoy it!
