Just some advice, eat within 30 minutes of waking up otherwise your metabolism slows down, and you don't burn the foods you eat throughout the day as easily and most of it is stored as fat.

Yes! I was gonna say this, big BIG metabolism booster is eating breakfast first thing. Coffee will suppress your appetite so save it for when you have cravings. I used to drink coffee in the morning & I couldn't lose any weight bc I couldn't eat and my metabolism got really slow.

HI DIna! My moms a dietician, which means i always grew up listening to dieting tips, which i obviously didn't live by lol. but one thing that she always told breast feeding moms is to not just cut down on food, because then the body will try to 'survive off' the fat that is stored on the body, and if it has to get to energy fast, i.e. if one just doesn't eat for forever, then it will break down fat cells, the negative thing is that there is also toxins that are stored in the fat cells and they will be released into the milk. just a little side note,for any moms reading this and trying to loose weight. Oh and im a big coffee-holic like you, and I've been trying oat coffee lately, which is really amazing.(in the mornings i sometimes mix half coffee half oat 'coffee' or barley 'coffee') its actually really filling aswell and you can get the organic version etc. my mom said she used to have about 5 oat coffees a day, when she was breast feeding my sister, and lost a lot of weight that way, just naturally because she was feeling full and it gives you a lot of milk as well. Salaams xxx and good luck (ps sorry for my english, its not my first language)(pps your lunch looked amazing)xxxx Oh yeah, ppps: if you get butter, get the one of cows that have grazed, so irish butter for example, it will contain vitamins that other butter doesn't. its really good for your milk, as well as cream and good fresh milk etc. go for organic products when it comes to dairy, its really worth it. all the best may Allah support you in your effort inshaAllah.

I think people have to much opinion about healthy food., what I noticed from really all the comment is people are criticizing how Dina eats. People saying don't eat fruit because it's has too much sugar and don't eat potatoes because carbs blah blah blah. Like who care she's at least trying to eat healthy. It just seems like people have so much opinion about what is beauty and by the way I make RU-vid videos about health and fitness.

+surprise137 I agree it depends whether she just wants to stay healthy or if she wants to loose weight. if its about eating healthy, i.e. not eating junk, fatty and sugary food then she is doing a good job. on the other hand if she was eating alot of unhealthy foods before, the diet change may already lead to weight loss because she takes in much less in terms of sugar and unhealthy fats, or just junk food.

+surprise137 the point is her diet before is a lot unhealthier than this so she is making some changes. She suffered from an eating disorder before so she can't be restricting her self. I do understand that she can be able to eat healthier by time but for now I just think that she is doing well. Maybe she need to eat more but that just my opinion.

Dina I'd defo suggest rather than focussing on calorofoc intake you focus on taking in the right amount of macros eg carbs protien fats so that you can eat healthy and dont get cravings it really helped me to try and shift my focus from calories! however hat chicken dish tho, looked so delish

Come on dina! Eat clean read the labels at least till you finish breastfeeding. Make fresh coffee, that instant thing is the shitbit of the coffee production process. skip redbull for homemade lemonade with sparkling water in order to avioid extra stimulants it has. Despite that You're lovely to watch always !😊

Here are some of my suggestions, I've changed my diet radically two months ago as well. I used to eat at least 2-3 servings or sugary things just like meal. Cutting carbohydrate down is the hardest thing in this whooole world in my opinion, but it's possible. :-) The more natural things are the better, unless the natural things are veery high in sugar (like fruits, dried fruits, juices, potatoes, wheat etc) *You can introduce almonds or nuts to your diet. whenever you crave sth those are the besttt appetizers, and they have healthy fat. *Cereals or granola are not very healthy though, they might contain too much added sugar and even worse glucose syrup. *of course nothing in this world is healthy when it allegedly doesn't contain sugar like redbull zero or coca cola zero. they are worse than the sugary ones. *Instant coffee is bad, really bad let alone the ones with artificial flavour,artificial milk cream. you can invest in a French press and add in milk 👍. *Low fat milk usully is more harmful to the body, just check the descriptions next time and you'll see that in normal fat milk there's only milk, but in the low fat options there are many more unknown stupid elements. We don't want that.

Hey Dina! You're doing well with what you eat, obviously having a baby changes everything you use a lot more energy carrying, feeding, playing etc so IMO you are on the right track :) something you could try is to have smoothies instead of snacks between meals. You can make green smoothies, berry smoothies or even just your fav fruit and it's quite filling between meals or a sweet treat after lunch. I find that for me it really tops things off and keeps me going. Since going back to uni though, I've just binged 6/7 days a week lol the struggle is real!

I _love_ mixing cereals! I've done it since I was a kid - I rarely eat cereal now (like ~4 times a year, literally) but when I do, I always go out and buy no less than 2 kinds of cereal to eat simultaneously. It's not gross, it's genius!

You can't loose weight with the things your eating (e.g. Cereal at night or macaroons 😂😂) if you want to stop your cravings or feel satisfied with what your eating, try having 6 small portioned meals a day in stead of 2 large. Eating regularly will work your metabolism and will help you loose weight quicker and don't forget to drink water. When your craving something after a meal or when not hungry that's probably because your body needs water. Try and drink a lot of water every time you feel like snacking on something bad. Hopefully you will reach your goal dina love youuuuu xxxx

Salam Dina, I feel you! My partner aaaaalways makes fun of me cos I just have to have everything right then and there (i.e., after groceries, i have to have one of everything) so yeah like the cereals you had, and also I have to have a packet of crisps, a bar of chocolates, sweets etc. The problem is that things in family sizes are cheaper so things get into my tummy faster! So I think what really helped me a lot is just NOT buying treats. Buy them when you are out (therefore no family sized ones, just expensive small packet ones - which makes you eat less cos they're so tiny and so expensive!) Hope you'll be able to read this lol. Hello Dina. My brother in law is a personal trainer and he said its better to eat many small meals throughout the day instead of few big meals. It makes your metabolism work faster. Also a lot of times people start to crave sugary things when they're actually hungry. The body is lacking nutrients and energy therefore it craves sugar because sugar gives energy. I hope that makes sense lol I breastfeed my little 3 month old daughter and I eat a lot! otherwise I feel weak or turn to chocolate lol I need to start the 30 day shred soon... :(

I loved Sid`s meal for the dinner! It was simple and low on calories! My advise to u Dina, believe it or not, but stop eating large meals. Yes, stop 😊 better to have smaller size, but more often. Also don't eat cereal at night. Its not a light meal for your stomach to digest during ur sleep. Yogurt and few fruits is better. Good luck 😊
