It's funny I think. I'm a convert to Islam Alhamdulillah. When I first started looking into Islam almost four years ago, Dina was 1 out of 3 Muslim influencers who inspired me into researching Islam more. She got me hooked on the concept of hijab and made me look into it even more. If I would've come across any of those 'Instagram RU-vid dawah men' back then - man, I had RUN from Islam astaghfirullah. I never had taken a second look at it. Alhamdulillah it didn't happen that way. So no matter what you think of Dina or her modesty or whatever - she played a role in the conversion of a non-Muslim, in mine. Could you say the same about yourself?

Honestly Dina, I live for the way Hana speaks. I have rewatched the first bit of this video over and over to listen to her commentary. I cannot. She's hilarious and so cute! 😂😍

AssalamAlaikum, for anxiety and stress look up mindfulness and breathing techniques( breath in 7 counts from u nose and out 11 counts from u mouth) helps brain switch off very much like when a computer doesn’t work and u turn it off and on again, helped me sooo much Ramadan mubarak!

If you haven't yet you should watch the BBC documentary by Nadiya Hussain about her battle with anxiety, it's very informative. I suffer from anxiety severely and it affects everything. I developed it after my third child, it was probably the hardest time I had to battle it with three children under five years old.

You guys have a lot to bring when you talk, its always interesting. Fashion content is good too

As someone who suffers from depression, I can say that exercise surely helps and so does limiting your intake of processed food. You guys seem to eat a lot of processed food and believe me, it does cause issues physically as well as mentally. Don't consume sugar regularly. You can have a cheat day once a month or something but sugar and processed food do play a big role in causing imbalances in our brain that result in issues like depression and anxiety. Try to exercise daily or at least 5 days a week. Aerobic exercise and yoga are the best I've been doing to deal with my depression. You can try them as well and hopefully it'll help you. Sending prayers and positivity your way :)

Awh, no tea - that's ok tho. - oh you are going to do a tea vid yay! - Been through lots of things with the anxietea & mainly realising that the mind is amazing at creating thoughts and they are just thoughts and accepting that has been really helpful. I'm not Muslim & I can't imagine the strength in dealing with thoughts about food & feeling hungry while fasting so I imagine that you already are pretty expert in dealing with those sort of thoughts - sometimes using distraction, sometimes waiting them out, sometimes challenging them etc whatever works for you so this is just a new challenge with different types of thoughts? Absolutely loving these Ramadan vlogs, you guys are lovely 👍😂 ✊
