Food Habits of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) 

Drinking cold water on a hot day is considered a luxury, and here we are complaining about our lives just because we do not have Ferraris, big villas, millions etc. May Allah give us the understanding.

Last year i started eating healthy at least for 2 months, no added sugar no junk foods only vegetables and sometimes meat and i felt no laziness or tired, worked all day but not tired, and now i began again with added sugar things drinking colas etc now i am like getting sleep everytime i rest little bit, but this video got motivated me and i in shaa Allah will start again with healthy foods Pray for me my brothers and sisters

subhan Allah im a newer revert, and ive started implementing some of these habits of prophet muhammad s.a.w in my lifestyle and ive been able to eat organic as much as possible, finally find raw healthy milk sources, lose unhealthy weight, eat proper portions, have great testing results from my bloodwork (bloodtests), and controlled my eating habits. Alhamdelillah for islam

Alhamdulillah❤️ Intermittent fasting is a popular trend of health management now a days & we Muslims have a better way. I have recently started doing Monday & Thursday fasting since last month & it really helped me a lot‼️.

How can you assume from 78:10 that eating late wasnt an the habit of the prophet? When ramadan comes around we have to wait as late as 8 :40 at night to eat. Which raises another question about ramadan being 30 days when it says for a few days in the quran and when you see the creasent, you fast it. Which in my opinion means fast until until you no longer see the Crescent which is a fixes number of days because you see it for at least 5 days. See 2:183-185 it clearly says a few days. Stop putting hadith before the Quran. Hadith is MANS words. Not Allah' s words.

I don't understand the first hadith. 'Never in two days did he PBUH ever eat barely' ... That means he didn't eat barely 2 days in a row? Right!?!???? * He drank RAW milk... Not "fresh" milk which is double speak now ! This was soothing
