Wow this was very informative and kind of like a wake up call. I personally have gotten so much help from your ideas, videos, and your example of a healthy relationship with food. I’ve learned so much and I truly believe that you are a good reason to me having a better relationship with food, so thank you so much.. But as you also say about all these other accounts on instagram and youtube. Kind of realized that i’ve probably been influenced a lot without even knowing it. Its not normal to have such a huge focus and obsession with food as you get from all these accounts. But you’re an exception though I think anyways cause you contribute to a healthy way.. so yeah basically everything u said in the video haha. Thank you for everything !
