When you Order the Poutine ask for (double) the portion sizes can be small depending but you can always order more!!!! Have fun

it looks like they have stepped up the food at Flamenco especially at the beach!!! but i know they still have shortages of certain items from time to time

If your a beach person Memories!!! if your a pool person Grand.

Grand has more pools and look very beautiful Flamenco has a beautiful beach, and is closer to the Airport I think both are very nice

@@Finding-Fish I am of the opinion that we pay for sun, beach, security and peace, food is something that takes a backseat and if the beer is good and cold, even more so

That's an interesting topic. Is there anything that you would suggest that could be done to eliminate this issue? I see them too a handful, but it seems like people don't seem to care or they just not that worried. And even if you want to help to figure something out who do you talk to? Simple things like fly traps indoor, and covers might help. Any advice?

@@gregorban6567 Trapping is not the solution. Need to figure out why they are there. Hygiene practices are obviously not up to standard. A couple of days ago we counted 18 flies sitting on one small table in the buffet. Obviously attracted by whatever had been used to wipe down the table.

@@kevinrayner1663 ok, so better hygiene practices. Alright, I'm going to talk to the guests, to see if they have any concerns. Then what else can I do? Talk to management? And where, how do I find them, do I need to schedule a meeting with them ? Who are they and what are they names ? It looks difficult, so I need others, like a group of people, an association, a club maybe, a team of people who know how to find good ways to make it a more pleasant experience for guests and others.

cuban dictatorship ain't going anywhere, whether they have tourism or not. Tourism provides much needed jobs and money for the cuban people. Lots of cubans live here in Toronto and they all say, go to cuba. Millions of cubans depend on tourism for their livelihoods.
