I know there was a bit of concern regarding food deliveries over the weekend here at the Fort St Vrain nest. Well, Monday morning, things appeared back on track & all has been going fine.
The kiddos are still loving the branching life and getting in some great hops & hovers. And when more storms come blowing by, this duo has perfect instincts, ducking down and bracing themselves for the winds.
This is the last nest of those I cover that is still awaiting fledging. I have to say - it's coming fast! These two have been building up some familiar eagerness, and we're sure to see them taking to the skies anytime now!
