In this video i am explaining about the process of applying for FSSAI license online. FSSAI Stands for “Food Safety and Standard Authority of India. FSSAI is an Independent organization under the Ministry of Health. FSSAI Registration is mandatory for every individuals or entity that is eligible for an FSSAI food safety Registration or License.
Eligibility of FSSAI license based on:
• Installed capacity (in case of manufacturers)
• Turnover (for any other kind of business)
Types of FSSAI License
1. Basic registration: It includes business having turnover up to 12 lakh in a year
2. State license: business having turnover between 12 lakh to 20 cr in a year comes under state license
3. Central license: business having turnover above 20 cr comes under central license, any business doing export and import also come under central license

ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്ത ശേഷി (നിർമ്മാതാക്കളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ)
വിറ്റുവരവ് (മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സിനായി)
FSSAI ലൈസൻസിന്റെ തരങ്ങൾ
1. അടിസ്ഥാന രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ: ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ 12 ലക്ഷം വരെ വിറ്റുവരവുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സ് ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു
2. സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലൈസൻസ്: ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ 12 ലക്ഷം മുതൽ 20 കോടി വരെ വിറ്റുവരവുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ലൈസൻസിന് കീഴിലാണ് വരുന്നത്
3. സെൻട്രൽ ലൈസൻസ്: 20 കോടിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ വിറ്റുവരവുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സ് കേന്ദ്ര ലൈസൻസിന് കീഴിലാണ് വരുന്നത്, കയറ്റുമതിയും ഇറക്കുമതിയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏത് ബിസിനസും കേന്ദ്ര ലൈസൻസിന് കീഴിൽ വരും
