When you’re bulk prepping your food do you track the jerk marinade calories on top?Just wondering if you are just tracking the calories at cooked weight of proteins and carbs when plugging in the details into my fitness pal? They say raw weight is more accurate but when prepping at bulk at that level I guess that would be a massive headache there’s no way of knowing

lol the last grocery prep video i watch was a bodybuilder from texas. his came to around $200 USD for 1 week and 60% was garbage. YOU eat REAL FOOD . this is the difference between a REAL OLYMPIAN vs your average Pro bodybuilder. also he had not one but TWO 12pk diet sodas for 1 week!!!

this gets noted by Americans all the time, American eggs are washed to combat salmonella and need refrigerated afterwards, British chickens are vaccinated so eggs are not washed so don't get refrigerated

I was born in 1986, I didn’t think that he was 7 years younger than me, he looks over 40) It’s a pattern that the faces of such monsters look 10+ years older. They don't refrigerate eggs in Europe/ UK because they don't remove the "cuticle" from the shell so it's shelf stable so I hear. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@GCInvesting not necessarily. Our Mass market has to supply over 330 million people. But we also have access to locally raised farm fresh eggs. Now with Amazon and other food delivery services, you can get the mass market crap or the healthier options.
