You should definitely order a book for grandpa and mom-mom to fill out for baby to read when they grow up. It’s called “tell me about your life, grandpa/ grandma” and you can get them on Amazon pretty cheap! We have them and LOVE reading the memories. They’re such a good keepsake ❤️
I love how much the woman on the front of the pregnancy book has changed over the years. When I bought the book 17 years ago she was sitting in a rocking chair, wearing a long skirt and a sweater! 🤣
Loved the "what to expect when You're expecting" book, then after that I enjoyed "what to expect the first year" and then "what to expect the toddler years" all in the same series. Great books, there was never a question I had that I didn't find the answer in these books 😊💙❤️

I would recommend getting an older pregnancy book from when your mom was pregnant with you. Then you can compare. That may make a good video. And maybe include something about when Larry had his kids.
The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy! Love this one! It’s like what your girlfriends would tell you that no one else would talk about. They also have The Girlfriends Guide to the First Year which covers the first year after baby is born. Highly recommend!!!

I am excited for the positive things that are happening for the both of you. That child is going to be lucky to have such an amazing parents that is going to love him or her unconditionally.
A LOT has changed about babies in 30 years. I just had my first baby at 29 and me and my mom bicker all the time about what she used to do when I was a baby and how it’s not advised now because knowledge has changed and a lot of stuff they used to do can contribute to SIDS, etc.
We are in Australia and yesterday it was 105 Summer Christmas’ always! The day is spent in the pool, on slip n slides and with icy cold drinks! It’s the best
I use the app what to expect and it’s very spot on!! I’m 38 weeks so reliving what you’re going through in the beginning stages is very exciting! Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

-8 here in upper Minnesota. Definitely would have a hard time getting in the Christmas spirit without the snow, ice skating and hot cocoa. But I feel just being around Mindy would probably put anyone in the Christmas spirit.
Here in southern Maine, we just got our first bigger storm and now we're ready for a white Christmas! It's a chilly 28 degrees but I'm good with 1 storm before Christmas... I'd be even happier with no snow after Christmas hahaha. Merry Christmas!
I loved our Christmas weather! I’m in Mesa, AZ and Christmas Eve it rained all day with a high in the 50s I think. I think that is perfect! Chilly and cozy but no snow to deal with.

It is 30 degrees here in Chicagoland. Being too hot makes me irritable. So I do like the cold for awhile. We haven't had any snow though so kind of sad about that. Florida weather would be nice starting in February that is when I am over Winter! It would be weird to celebrate the holidays in hot weather! Always wondered what that would be like. As far as baby books. I have two kids and never read a baby book! Both my kids were born very premature (at 27 weeks gestation, not twins) and nothing went to plan so I just didn't bother reading the books!
Here in the north of Sweden it's currently -10 degrees Celsius (14 degrees Fahrenheit)...but it feels even colder & it's covered with snow ❣❄☃️ I love that we have very "seasonal weather", like summer is warm, autumn is typical autumnal with all the leaves changing color and temperatures dropping...winter cold & snowy, and spring is typical spring weather...had no good description for "typical" spring at the top of my mind 😂 However, although I love that it's cold & snowy during Christmas time, I HATE the cold & I freeze super easily so I'm constantly freezing during winter 😨... But I don't enjoy when it's too hot outside either & can't understand how people can love extremely warm weather. Like both my dad & BF does 🥵🥵 Merry Christmas ❣❄🎄🎁
What to expect when expecting is a great book. It gives you week by week how your baby is growing, it's size, what changes your body might be going through and then it goes through birth and the months to follow... I loved it 28 years ago with being a new Mommy it prepared me. I am glad it's still being recommended almost 30 years later.. oh and I still have the book. I will give it to my daughter when she gets pregnant.

I love the Advent calendars. Our weather here in SW Missouri will be in the 20's tonight and I would much prefer 80's. A good book is Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child.
Also I managed to pop a baby out and raise her successfully alone and without reading and baby info books 👍. Just remember you don't have to overwhelm yourself. ❤️

Not a huge fan of the time change but this year it’s been really helpful. I moved up to Wisconsin this year and I’ve been working at a school where kids arrive at 7:30 every day. The few weeks before the time change, kids were arriving to school when it was pitch black outside, and I can’t help but think that was confusing for them, especially the littles. I had a kid tell me that it was still night time. After the time change, they were at least arriving just after sunrise. I think in some states it makes more of a difference than others, but I’m sure there’s something to say about circadian rhythms and having some sunlight when you’re starting your day. Just my two cents.

I am taking in every moment of Christmas this year. My sister almost died this year, so I am celebrating her life and answered prayers.

great advice! if I knew what i know now I would have been in the moment and enjoyed even motherhood more. It is so exhausting but every stage ends and then there’s a new one. my first is about to lose her first tooth!
It has been in the 60's here in Massachusetts! Today it was 32 and very windy! It felt so cold. I would definitely love a warmer Christmas. I get what you mean though about wanting it to be cooler there for xmas.

It’s very chilly here in the UK and looks like a frosty, rainy Christmas but I was born and spent the first 15 years in South Africa and there our Christmas Day was hot and we spent it by the pool! I prefer a frosty cold Christmas 😊🥰🎄

Hi Larry ,Lexi and Luna my weather is cloudy and warm but not hot its in the 60s mindy the sweater you bought thats to big you can use as a maternity sweater and you showed baking soda not baking powder .i love mandarin oranges in the can by Dole and pineapple,tropical fruit and marashino cherries.loved the video.
I listened to some hypnobirthing audio books and meditations at night to prepare for birth. I alternated with falling asleep to Harry Potter instrumentals. It helped me to relax during labor and they even played it for me during my unexpected c section 💙
