Im72 and my husband is79 and we made the switch to carnivoresuddenly ,5 weeks ago. our only issue has been constipation which we now have under control.Previously I had severe back pain from a birth injury I didn’t want to take pain killers as Iam ona whole lot of medication due to hypertensionBut the mazing news for me is that I have no pain now Wow miraculous

This was great! A full meal wit Dr. K will be epic.....Have you ever eaten raw high quality beef? I've heard from folks that do that they get even more energy and euphoric feelings than the good feelings and mental energy they got from cooked Carnivore.
