I stopped my right big toe very badly about 10 years ago any yoga class going from headstand into Chaturanga. Basically, when I came down my right big toe was not extended enough, so I really jammed the top of the toe and it was extremely painful . I didn’t do any specific rehab just let it heal on its own . But I’ve never had full range of motion since I did that . My toe looks and feels bigger than my left big toe and I think there is some chronic inflammation in the joint. I have been working on a lot of stretches and foot strengthening for the last two years . I can see some improvement in range of motion . How can I tell if it’s mainly facial restriction that is limiting some of the range of motion. Is it possible to get something like this to get full range of motion back?
