This horrific case sounds like there is a LOT of official culpability to go around before the last crime. No background checks or obvious inefficiency when hiring played an enormous role in this situation, and I doubt it's an isolated occurrence.
I definitely agree with you. This man was a Demon without a soul. Disgusting and disappointing how he was back in the streets to commit those atrocities crimes against this two innocent women. Yes demons are waking upon us🙏
My heart is incredibly greatful💗 wee Roman is safe and the angel maker,his father failed to send him home with his mother and the Lord. Because far too many are actully sucessful and its heartbreaking😔.....
I'm glad the baby wasn't harmed! So sad that three children now don't have their mothers! It seems like there are systemic information gaps which need to be closed with respect to background checks. It also seems that there was some shuffling of him to other districts/schools/jurisdictions because of his behavior and acts which shouldn't have been allowed. Was he getting treatment for his conditions? Stopped treatment? Doesn't seem like he was someone who should have been allowed to have a gun.
