Remember! As a footballer you don't want to necessarily be big in size. You want to have muscle and be strong but you want to remain lean and light. This will allow you to be more explosive, have higher degrees of stamina, and be more effective on the pitch. If you have any questions about protein or nutrition, please comment below. +jaja you don't know anything about science ... after any workout our muscles need some rest and some source of energy to repair , if you're not eating enough protein , fat ,carbohydrates then in order to repair your muscles will utilize the fat in your body... and there will not be optimum growth of your muscles ...... yes they will grow but in very very less amount
You should make more vids on nutrition and fitness and stuff like that:) supplements too. I currently take protein, creatine, and basic vitamins like men's multivitamins and fish oils. Creatine monohydrate REALLY made a difference in my strength. Just for the record lol.
im 18yrs old, I weigh 130pounds. im a soccer player and Im skinny I go to the gym but I barely show any progress... i eat a lot of food and still not much of a weight change. I have a fast metabolism rate.. im wondering if I should begin taking protien to help gain weight and muscle or is that not a good idea? Need help!
Gil Castanon go to google and search up calories calculater and put how tall you are and how much you weight it gives calories that you should eat add like 200-500 calories and you will gain weight slowly
Hy man i am a semi professional footballer i play on the left wing am currently 23 years old and weight 62kg... and most of my team mates is much stronger and bigger than me so i started using a hyperbolic mass gainer protein shake ... just need an advice is it a good idea? I am like the top 5 fastest player in the team and i don’t want to get slower
Hi,I want to ask some question For example I am a football player I have technique, dribbling shooting but I cant tackle because I am skinny so I am planning to start going to gym,so if I start how should I eat?
That is the main thing,do not bulk, eat in maintainance calories or a little deficit. Protein is good, footballers we need or tissues repaired . I'll suggest Whey and Creatine
Nice video! Question, I am already really lean and I'm pretty strong, I have visible muscle all over my body, but I want to build a little more muscle. If I continue my diet and add a little more protein day by day and get to where I want to get, do you then continue the same amount of protein or what? Also, does it help with leg muscle if you're still promoting leg muscle growth? I noticed you've been making a lot of upper body gains, but will it promote muscle growth all over your body if you're still stimulating that muscle growth?? Thanks for everything!!!
+Caleb Anthony Your legs will grow if you are training them and increasing strength in them. If you are getting good results on your current diet just stay with it. If you plateau , add the protein or change up your training.
I'm 12 years old and I want to drink protien do you think I'm old enough and if so should I drink it after soccer training please answer when you get this
Dylan, I und Rostand what you're saying with staying lean and doing strength training in the gym. There are various rep ranges to do such as 1-5, 6-12 and 15+. I am very confused as to what rep range I need to do. I want to stay lean and strong and explosive like you said. What rep range and why?
+Toby Higson yes but each range trains for certain things. I want to know the best rep range for soccer specific. I don't want to train like those big guys in the gym because that's not my goal
Im 15 yrs old player and can I take protien powder? Bcoz my senior player told me that protien powder just for 18 ysr old n older.. Can i had ur suggestion?
Sir, i m a soccer player and i m pure vegetarian. At football pitch i feel that i can't play more than 15 min i feel lazy. So plez is let me known that for more strength, power, faster what to do I had also joined gym For pure veg boy how can i gain that all Plez sir Waiting for your positive response
Hi, I'm 14 and I was wondering if I can take this protein powder at this age to gain muscle and at the same time to be effective on the pitch? Any Help ??
Building muscle is a slow process. The first year of training can get you 20 pounds of muscle to your frame, and you get diminishing returns the more you go to the gym. As long as you control your diet and stay lean (which I assume you are ) the muscle gains you get you help increase your speed
+megaspatz1 - Getting too big and slow will come from overconsumption of calories and not so much your strength training. IF you are eating a nomral diet but getting stronger you will build muscle but stay lean.
+Darren Adu 3-5 times a day or a week? Because going 3-5 times a day is not giving your body enough rest and is a waste of time because you need to recover to build muscle. But going 3-5 times a week is fine
can u answer my question i am 14 and i am like fatter than most of my frnds but i am stronger than them qith less muscles and more fat. during the game i am faster than average players but slower than the good ones but i get the edge with skills and am a better player with shooting and dribbling but jist need the pace and want to reduce weight and become faster
They will not contribute to muscle growth but overall health. If you want to get stronger, just hit the gym 3 to 6 times a week and have a good diet with lots of protien
You said the protein powder is a bunch of chemicals and things... that's not true. most of them are made from milk protein, so it's the protein from milk without the added sugar, fats, and other things you may not want in your meal. Please research before you post
+LIghtning Gamer10 Any age really. Protein is good for the body. Just don't overconsume it can be hard on the kidneys to process too much protein. But even if you ate too much protein from real food the same problem would occur.
