Materials :
2 kg tripe (Let's wait for at least half an hour with a quarter tea glass of grape vinegar and plenty of cold water. Let it be thoroughly cleaned)
1 piece of marrow bone
** When you receive the bone, we wash it in plenty of water and keep it in cold water for at least 8 hours. If you want to extract a good bone broth, make sure to do this. After adding 1 onion, let it boil.
For the Roasted Soup:
1 egg yolk
Lemon juice, 1 finger at the bottom of the tea glass
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of water
After giving the licorice, 2 teaspoons of ground rock salt
Vinegar, garlic, chili pepper can be used optionally for service.
