Because we are planning to go back to the Netherlands, we are selling our Dean 365 cat. The last 5 years we lived, sailed, ate, worked and slept full-time on our boat in the Med, and refitted and upgraded it. It's a great liveaboard boat. And off-grid. The only thing we miss, is a vegetable garden on the foredeck :-) But there are big solar panels with their electrics, 560Ah LiFePO4 house batteries, 3000W inverter, full size washing machine, a 12V watermaker that runs on solar, large kitchen, kingsize bed, etc. The boat has been built with thick GRP and double the rigging of most cats, and it doesn't make creaking & cracking sounds at full sea, like many modern boats.
