I love that kind of entrance also. I don't like steps close to the front door. But I also don't like having to go through the whole house to get to the stairs. They are placed perfectly for me. I also love that big butler's pantry. The only thing I would add is a small sink. They are great to store your big, bulky appliances and you can lay out a buffet for guest and kids without them messing up your whole kitchen. The owner's suite is almost too big...almost. I love that they included a bathtub in such a perfect spot.

Great video Victoria 🙌🏽. I toured the 3 models this past August with my wife and niece and we fell in love with the Winslow. We were supposed to visit Sutters Mill to tour the Riley which im obsessed with lol. We also visited Arlington Meadows and toured the Kipling. These homes are so beautiful 🤩

Thanks for replying Victoria, The rep that i spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He mentioned that True Homes dont build basements but they do build a third floor. I would like to know how much more does for a third floor on a Riley Transitional plan if you know. Thank you 🙏🏽

Very nice house is beautiful whether have carpet or wood flooring; both carpet and wood flooring has a plus about having in housing of including tile flooring and marble type flooring of each has a plus about having in housing if choose to have; although, if I had the monies and were interested in buying I would choose wood flooring and or marble type flooring, although had house before completed with carpet that I loved.😁

This house is beautiful. However, I have read some reviews (BBB) on the quality of the homes, as well as how they address customer service issues. And, they leave a lot of people p***ed off, because it's hard to get them to come back and fix what the builders got wrong.

Hi! I would not be able to speak in regards to customer service as I do not work the builder(True Homes) or for any builder. My job as an independent agent is to help make the process more manageable and enjoyable for my clients. But please also keep in mind that you will hear this for every builder out there; as there is no perfect builder. Our experiences will always be different…As I’m sure yours could be.

The home is beautiful. However, I do wonder about the level of customer satisfaction, once people have already moved in. Because, a lot of builders like to take shortcuts, that only get discovered, after it's been lived in. And, there are a lot of angry people who can't get Tru home(s) to address a lot of those issues . Not even out of goodwill.
