g at uni I smoke like 5 zoots a day, when I'm on holidays I don't touch it and don't turning a nitty wanting it, you can't be addicted its people just rather give in like ahh its only a joint like they see it as having chocolate or buying a drink
I stopped smoking after 10 years and although I miss it! I feel healthier, wake up fresher, memory has improved, fitness improved and become way more productive and I also have dreams again! Guys dont wanna admit the negatives, it puts a cloud infront of you and what you need to do imo....But when im bored and havent got shit to do, I miss it harddd! lol
Honestly, extended tolerance breaks is the way to go. I'll go 3 months without bunnin now and get bare shit done, then cop a z and blaze it responsibly and repeat. My mental health and life has improved so much
I’m completely sober rn. I’ve stopped smoking a few times. Once for a year and this time for 10 months. Don’t miss it at all. But I miss the drink too much.
The problem with weed today is that it’s just too strong, I’m in my mid 30’s now and stopped properly smoking it about 8 years ago, but the last time I smoked a little bit during lockdown, I had about 4 drags of some gelato weed and it blew my head off! The weed I bunned when I was in my late teens and early 20s was still stronger than what our dads used to smoke but this stuff didn’t make me feel relaxed and calm, the weed grown today is specifically modified to increase the THC level to give a more potent high, wish I could try some of the weed from the 60s bro when man could sit on a field somewhere smoke and feel calm and meditate bro, the weed today just don’t have that effect!
It's crazy, seems like the majority smoke with bad habits. It takes a fool to smoke to escape from their problems. Why smoke to relax? Gotta smoke and be productive. Put your mind to use. Thats why shit starts lookin bad for certain mans. They get used to smoking and doing nothing but watch videos and play games then wonder why they turn dunce. Learn something, create or reason with self. Don't build the habit of getting high and not do shit, that's how you end up a bum.
I have a exceptional IQ and fucked everything up because of my hashish addiction, EVERYTHING!!! I could have finished University by now but instead i just started going back to school again and im 29!!! Proud to say im back in uni but im NEVER going to get high again, it fucked my life up from 18 till 27.
Smoking weed is a downhill slope for the utes today. When I was in secondary , smoking loud was the only motive.....when u hit the big world and you've got £20 a day weed habit a normal job ain't gonna get you what you want after buying loud. That's why alot of utes are trapping.

Weed can be good for certain people. I used to overthink about certain situations but when I smoked weed it made me look deeper into what was going on and made me realise life ain't even that bad and could be a lot worse. Now when I'm sober, I just remind myself and keep pushing without having to escape by smoking weed. I see it like this; 1) Smoke weed within your budget, meaning don't spend money on weed just because you have it there but only on what you can actually afford e.g. Don't smoke if you save less than 20% of your wage every month (percentage should rise slowly every year, unless you got goals of being a bum). 2) If it gets you paranoid and you RELY on it to get rid of stress, STOP! 3) Weed is a spiritual ting, too many smoke weed just to get high for nothing. Real weed smokers know what I'm saying.
This is a good comment, personally I’ve been smoking weed off and on for 9 years, I’ve seen it be really addictive to certain man and weed is part of their identity. But personally I don’t find it addictive, when I have to stop smoking I stop for long periods cold turkey. I think cigarettes are addictive but herb not so much, but everyone is different 🤷🏿♂️
That’s mad, I have low tolerance more time few tokes on one zoot finishes me up, and more time I can’t fit smoking a lot into my day. That’s why I smoke weed cause it’s nice, it can be addictive though I 100% agree. I personally couldn’t bun a score a day or anything like that

My parents work crazy dumb hours and still struggle to get by, I need to change that. bud has always been a complicated thing for me. i started when i was 14 and was absolutely addicted from 17-21, whenever i wasn't in class you could be sure i was burning a spliff with the homies. i couldn't go to sleep sober and i couldn't have a good morning without a wake and bake session. now i'm a bit older and have more responsibilities, i have less time to smoke so when i do it's a personal ritual thing. i use it to destress, and can honestly say that it helps me be a more centered, balanced person. ideally i would get that without a drug but for now i think i've found the sweet spot. My culture is a bit different because back home we're allowed to grow our own for personal use, so my family has a plant in the yard, it's never been that deep for us.

I started smoking at 13 years old and been smoking for 10 years! I had a child and was bunting while I was pregnant then social services took my child because of that so now I stopped smoking to get back my baby it's been two months and I feel good that I stopped smoking weed! I thought I need weed everyday! I thought I needed weed for everything. I thought I need weed from morning to bedtime (bed time zoot) but now I realised I don't need it at all! I thought I needed weed for my appetite but I can eat with out getting high! I never thought this could happen to me. I don't need it. It's a miracle .
I empathise with you. Please whatever you do, do not pick up... even as a 1 off, and distance yourself from people who smoke for the sake of your child. Block and delete your shottas and throwaway grinders. Get rid of toxic people too. All children in care get their file when they turn 16 which will have absolutely everything in there. You child will never forgive you if they feel you didn’t try or want them back. And trust me, nothing is left out in that file. Every medical documents and appointments, nursery, school docs, court docs, statements, reviews, assessment records, allergations, investigations, background info, everything. If you feel depression/anxiety is creeping in during these trying times, please go and seek therapy and don’t turn to weed. The therapy would look good on you aswel, they will recognise that as you being serious

I started smoking same age, I’m 31 and can say it definitely triggered my mental health. It’s not for everyone and I was that ignorant child that just wanted to get high and always wanted the strongest weed but affected me different to other people smoking the same spliff. Looking back I can identify where I went wrong with the habit. I moved out at 17 and had freedom to smoke whenever I wanted as I was always hiding it at home. I was also working full time on new money so my life was work and weed. People always came to cotch at mine because I had freedom and always had weed. It was the freedom where I lost myself and paying for it now with medication and therapy. Moral of the story is your totally right, everyone’s tolerance for weed is different.
@@arochester5310 I don't think I've ever used weed to get away from my issues if anything working helped with anger issues doing security, weed was my go to for when I was being creative doing art or music, but I have friends that started same time and stopped with in a few months others on and on I feel its a mix moderation and knowing yourself
Tricky fully right. I came from proper old school Rwandese and German family that never rated using drugs, taught me from young not to smoke no damn stupid drugs. I still did my ting on the roads selling drugs but I never smoked weed even once. My family put me in line and then I taught my likkle brother don't you ever touch smoking anything. Some families out here still believe in principle, honour, and respect.

Best thing I ever did was stop smoking weed socially. As soon as I stopped I started vibing with people alot more with more confidence. Everyone prefers someone who is upbeat and positive. The weed was making me question anything I thought to say.. Coz you are not quick you're not witty when your lean so makes you shit at banter. HIt's overlooked but having strong banter is the most important ability to possess as a teenager with respect to those you f with and the status they attribute to you.
Millions of people need caffeine daily to function, some need a glass of wine to unwind at the end of the day, some man need a spliff. Smoking weed is fine BUT I recommend starting at a age you are responsible, I saw too many school friends catting food weed stealing from mumzy n doing phone robberies just to smoke on a Friday night in the blocks on ends. Leave smoking till you are fully developed n no peer pressure is involved. Plus my mums friend is a hospital ward manager n she smokes weed and goes to work everyday lol let that sink in.
