Amazing Modern Car Wheel Mass production Factory #alloyrims #carWheel #rimmmunfacture #rimms #carrimm For the first time, Car Alloy Rims are Manufactured From Aluminum Waste in The Old Fashioned way
No two casts are the same alloy, the same density, the same porosity, the same weight, the same balance, the same cross section or concentric. But beyond that, what could go wrong? I won't buy ANYTHING made in that part of the world.
@@beyondmiddleagedman7240 Good luck running around naked it your wood house, a Ford Tacoma, exploding kitchen appliances made in the US and all the other things which are only assambled in the US using parts made in China, India, Taiwan and a few other non-Asian 3rd world countries. Wake up, Grandad.. The 80s are gone, globalization is the only reason the poor masses can buy themselves cheap, plastic "luxury items" in the first place. The times of ordering a table from a carpenter and giving him whatever time and budget he needs to fulfill every demands you have on the table. Nowadays people have barely enough money to buy themselves an IKEA table which was made by the poor people of another (US-affiliate) country, because they need the jobs glueing and pressing Grade F wood meal into plates that will break if you ever tried taking it anywhere else than it stands eversince the last screw had to be hammered in so it doesn't fall out again (it's IKEA, what do you expect?). Sorry to say, but eversince the government started giving less and less of a shit about the citizens it is there to serve, help and protect in the first place and shift they shifted their focus towards highranking capitalists and causing inflation by replacing the money the rich are just letting gather dust in their vaults while others starve and freeze to death on the streets. That's what the American Dream has become unanimously synonymous to everyone who didn't inherit enough to last their lifetime and anyone over 50, who lived through the paradise the US was when it wasn't over-regulated and over-governed enough to count as a country-sized ankle monitor. If you're so convinced that the American Dream is still alive, take a 1 month hiatus from your normal life and try to built up a life taking only $5000, a car you can't sell to make money because you need it for work and to live in if it comes down to it and public transport in the US sucks hairy, sweaty balls and a few cloths, because that is the AVERAGE level possessions people starting their own life usually have to their name. Not to mention the fact nowadays everyone has a credit score which, relying on your (and as recently discovered in documents that weren't public before because they are a profit based company and can declare the factors that go into the score a "company secret" protected by the law) parent's financial failures will decide if you get anything that is to be paid in multiple installments. Like a car, internet, mobile communication, a house, a condo or just a hellishly expensive machines you will need if you want to take the alternative to corporate employment: Going full-on Lone Wolf. But one financial mistake in your teens and your life is over before it even began and all you can do really is either take drugs as long as you can afford in the hope that they'll quickly cause death and make the time until then more endurable or just you'll just become one of the apathic, lowest-class, lowest-income part of the US who is just tired of politics because nothing ever changes, despite the Constitution being designed and encouraged to be amended or changed by the very Founding Fathers, should new times require it. And according to the impenetrable defense of the US coasts and borders it really needs to limit some of the variety of guns to those which are used as anti-nuicance tools against bears, rats, raccoons and mountain lions, like shotguns, hunting rifles and certain explosives - the secret to the financial success of huge, faceless corporations: Modern slavery of people who can't get out of the labyrinth of abused rights, draconian rules and punishments and the lack of alternatives.. Why do you think the phenomenon "ghost quitting" came about? Because (young) people were fed up with their work environment, pay, following unpredictable, stupid and workload-multiplying new rules every few month and benefits being non-sufficientor or even non-existant and did what every boomer always says if you moan about your job: quit and find another one, it was the big "communist or socialist, I never know what term you guys use for which or if you even are aware that they aren't even the same type of system, one is a governmental system which enforces for everyone to be worth the same amount of possessions, so far I get it, but "Socialism" just encourages for all people to be seen on a, human level, worth the same, so rich people are just as much worth as the poor dude who has to scrub away people's excrement or trash, on a level real of commitment , no preference for either old or young, rich or poor, white or black. Socialism is a sociatal system redistribution of motivation, a literal system to keep everyone alive, happy, healthy and open for suggestions instead of shutting it down because the dude suggesting it only was a lowly janitor who didn't finish his BAS because he had to make money to live and thereby his idea can only could be shoddy trash and not even worthy of being stolen by some asshole boss or industrial spies and gets turned down, whereby in socialism not the inventor is judged for being a lowlife, but the product for their idea's functionality and professionality causing them to be considered for a more suitable job. That's why Germany's social-democratic system works.. Effectivity over class-thinking. If I find one of the few bums in the streets who's better at something as my studied brothers nephew, we will consider the bum before family anytime. Again and again. 👀 interesting fact though: the rich fund-babies unfortunately pushed the limit into an unrealistic realm, but live by the sword, die by the sword. 🤷🏼♂️
@@beyondmiddleagedman7240Ah man give em a break , hell the rims are hand made and all one of a kind. That would certainly enhance the value of any vehicle they are put on
How many people besides me cringed at the whole video. Where to begin. Guestimation on alloy. So many casting flaws it was a reject before it was started. The wobble mounting test on the lathe. No eye protection. Casting flaws that make balancing impossible for speeds over 10mph. Super precise drilling. Never once did anyone pick up a measuring instrument. I guess make the bead 1½" deep and a 16" or 17" tire will hold. Oy vey. 10,000 things wrong with one wheel.😱
I'm from Vietnam. Before I watched Japanese/Chinese/German/American manufacturing clips. But for the past few years I've been watching only Pakistani clips. I'm addicted to them and don't know why
Wow so amazing and i am not talking about the work but the fact he is wearing steeltoed worker boots its my first time seeing that with this kind of workers
Even a factory wheel is made of aluminum but it has a more sophisticated way and it doesn't know how to make only this is a difference between them so stop lying to yourself
@@chumamakasi6682 The only journey here is a monumental waste of time, melting soda cans into a useless wheel. I guess they could use it on their homemade wheelbarrow.
Tbh, as they said "modern and massproduced", showing them pouring this dirty sludge into the a breakaway mould manually with 3 people and not even applying anti-stick, I instantly had to think of GM.. and admittedly a little bit of the old Ford Tacoma I used to have to creep along the road with until I finally arrived at the KFC in the middle of the trip to get something for on the way. I used to be sitting in it, while openly chowing on a homemade sandwich and watching all the slugs in there, with no sense of urgency whatsoever, slowly preparing the single sandwich dared to order I - for half an hour, but simultaneously the single most delicious thing of all: The dirty looks the KFC sloths gave me for openly taunting their work speed with my "bridging sandwich"; insinuating that if I waited the entire time without bridging the gap with self-supplied food, I probably would starve to death. Right in front of a KFC. While they get my order ready. 😅
Glad to hear it they are a great car ,do you show it , just as a matter of fact I would buy the wheels maby for a hanging basket ,wait till you see the old guy fixing the 6 ft cat tyre cheers 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Also halb so wild. 😊
