Join me foraging mushrooms & plants on another nature walk as we admire all that the forests of the Pacific Northwest have to offer. We'll do some mushroom hunting, identify wild edible and medicinal plants, and learn about some of the historical uses of fungi, native plants, and trees.
Whether you're right here in Western Washington, or situation outside of WA in other regions of the PNW like Oregon, Northern California, or British Columbia, you're likely to be seeing a lot of similar mushrooms and plants popping up trailside along a hike near you. And even if you're in the UK, Europe, or other locations around the world, there's always a lot of overlap...and, hopefully, there's something in this video for you. So whether you're new to mushrooms and edible plants, or a seasoned mycologist or botanist, I hope you enjoy your time spent out here on the Mushroom Trail!
