Force Curves in rowing - how to improve boat speed on land 

This video has been long awaited and it shows a fraction of what we usually do with the Biorower - especially, but not only through the winter. With Biorower and aramtraining, two of my visions have become reality, both of them help rowers to use their full potential. I don't know how many hours I have spent coaching with the Biorower in live force curves mode. I think it has helped me a great deal with understanding how athletes influence the boat.
