I made the mistake you talked about in the video about returning to rowing and overdoing it. This gas resulted in a knee issue. This mobilization routine is absolutely amazing! Not only is it taking care of my knee, but a shoulder pain unrelated to rowing. I am more pain free than I have been in 10 years. THANK YOU!
Love this... I warm up on bike to "unlock my hips" I may have a slightly torn labrum in Left Hip, that totally unlocks with 10 minutes on bike...crucial adjustment!

Thanks Aram, I love the mobility exercises. Totally different to how I’ve been stretching. Also I noticed you started from feet standing and finished at neck. I always started at top with neck stretching and finished at ankles. Is there any difference or it doesn’t matter?
