Ford 6.8 V10 Misfiring, Stalls, ABS Light On and Gauges Acting Up 

We used to use Motorcraft... up until around 2003! They aren't made in US anymore and there is no lifetime warranty as with many from part stores. We went to the Borg Warner or several other brands that were lifetime warranty and we're only 29 -39 when motorcraft was 68-72. Then when they became prominent on eBay for dirt cheap I started using those I've had black ones, gray ones, yellow ones, red ones....all for $6-$8 each. The earliest I ever had a cheapie fail was 6 years and a lot of miles and idling in a party bus. At these prices and personal experience with them, I see zero reason to spend more. I can swap any coil in an Excursion 6.8 or 4.6 or 5.4 in under 4 minutes and that's the harder driver side where it's easier to remove the intake snorkel tubing. So forgive me if I don't go don't with your "only use Motorcraft parts".
